As the Team Production Manager at Premier Mortgage Associates, Michelle oversees mortgage production operations, supports loan origination teams, and drives efficiency throughout the loan process from application to closing. Her extensive knowledge of mortgage lending, compliance, underwriting coordination, and customer relationship management allows her to effectively navigate complex transactions while ensuring an outstanding borrower experience.

Prior to joining Premier Mortgage Associates, Michelle served as Branch Operations Manager at Highlands Residential Mortgage and Benchmark Mortgage, where she successfully managed branch operations, streamlined workflows, enhanced team performance, and maintained compliance with industry regulations. Her leadership contributed to increased productivity, improved customer satisfaction, and stronger relationships with referral partners.

Before transitioning into mortgage branch leadership, Michelle spent nearly seven years as Contract and Closing Manager at DR Horton, one of the nation's largest homebuilders, where she managed residential real estate transactions from contract execution through closing. She also served as Contract Administrator and Closing Coordinator at Centerline Homes, gaining valuable expertise in new construction sales, contract management, and settlement coordination.

Michelle's foundation in mortgage leadership was established during her tenure as VP of Regional Operations at Countrywide Home Loans, where she spent more than a decade overseeing regional operations, managing large teams, and supporting significant loan production volume across multiple markets.
